After you have viewed a property and wish to apply for the tenancy we will reference you through a private company. Each applicant will be required to complete an application form.

We recommend that you read our terms and conditions below before applying for the property as your Application Fee is non refundable if you fail the referencing.

Properties will remain available until all fees are paid. On completing an application form, please provide identification (driving license/passport/utility bill). Should references be unsuitable or applications withdrawn Alasdair Morrison Lettings will retain this to cover costs.

The completion and submission of an application form does not guarantee the offer of tenancy. This is made subject to satisfactory references being obtained.

A deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent is payable before the commencement of the Tenancy. The first month’s rent and deposit must be paid before we will release the keys to the property.

Applicants should be aware that you will need to satisfy the criteria of our referencing agency.
