After almost 40 years in the house lettings industry, Valerie Rose has decided to hang up her keys and has entrusted the continuing success of her lettings business to Alasdair Morrison and Partners, who will take over from 1stJune 2018.
Valerie said:
“Dealing with client landlords and tenants has always been one of my favourite parts of the job and I know I will miss them all. Now the time has come for me to hand over the keys, I wanted to choose an agent to take over my client base, many of whom have become close friends, who would treat them with the same high standard of care as I have done.
“Luckily, this was a relatively simple task. Alasdair Morrison and Partners are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and I know that the rentals manager, Deb Simpson, always maintains an efficient and excellent standard for her clients. She and her team keep up to date with the ever changing and increasing volumes of government legislation, which means clients can always rely on them.”
Alasdair Morrison said:
“I offer Valerie my very best wishes in her retirement, which is extremely well deserved.
“I have for many years admired her work ethic and I am looking forward to helping her many landlord clients with the letting and management of their investment properties”.
Alasdair Morrison and Partners will now become one of the largest independent letting agent in the Newark and Southwell area.
