Last year our clients generously helped us raise nearly 113kgs of food for Newark Food Bank by contributing to our Reverse Advent Calendar.
This year, we are asking you to help us beat that target by bringing non-perishable food donations into our Newark and Southwell offices and donating them to or Reverse Advent Calendar.
Although Christmas might seem a little way off yet, we know from last year that Newark Food Bank needs time to catalogue and distribute the donations so they can be given to those in need in time for Christmas, hence why we are starting our campaign on 1st November 2018.
We know that Food Bank usage has gone up all over the country during 2018 and Lesley Marshall from Newark Food Bank has told us that they have definitely been helping more needy families during the summer months. That’s why Alasdair Morrison & Partners would really like to give back to their community again this Christmas with your help.
Please do keep those in need in our local communities in your minds when you are doing your food shopping and perhaps you can pop an extra can of soup, packet of rice or children's present into your basket.
The staff at our Newark and Southwell offices will happily take these donations for you and make sure the Newark Food Bank receives them in plenty of time to bring some Christmas Cheer into our communities. Thank you.
