We are still dealing with sales enquiries for viewings and valuations in the Newark and Southwell area. We have also been achieving sales completions on empty properties, so please be assured that our sales staff are here to handle your queries and help you if you are still committed to a move. For our landlords and tenants, this part of life continues as usual. Our Rentals team continues to be here to support you all and handle check ins / outs, regular property management issues and the handling of rental payments. Please continue to liaise via email with Deb Simpson and Wendy and they will handle your queries.
Alasdair Morrison has worked locally since 1982 and the business has weathered many ups and downs during this time. During this new and unprecedented crisis, we are pushing ourselves to continue to deliver an excellent service to you. Because we are an independent estate agent, we are also agile and open to change, so we will take on board new and effective tools to allow us to improve our ongoing services as we move through this crisis together, including: virtual property tours and appropriate socially distanced viewings and property valuations.
