During the pandemic that is Covid-19 we are still undertaking viewings of properties we have for sale or to rent.
We will:
Arrive at the property ahead of the agreed viewing time.
Unlock the property and open all doors and cupboards.
Make the property available to view. Viewings are accompanied (while maintaining social distancing) on all occupied properties. Depending on the weather we may choose to wait in the garden while viewing of vacant and empty property takes place.
At the end of the viewing we shall close up the property.
We require that you:
Confirm that you do not have Covid-19 and are experiencing no Covid-19 symptoms and that you are not a vulnerable person.
Ensure that no more than two members of the same household enter the property.
Bring appropriate face coverings and gloves (and any other PPE equipment to meet your requirements or needs). Masks and gloves can be provided with prior request.
Ensure that you touch no objects within the property. Should you need to hold onto any furniture or handrail for balance then you must be wearing appropriate gloves.
