This has been caused in part by a lack of housing stock coming onto the market and creating competition between qualified buyers.
Despite what the online property portals are reporting, Chris says that in his experience, there is currently no evidence of property prices dropping significantly, unless they had previously come to market with overly optimistic asking prices.
